Simexco Daklak Exports Over USD 1 Billion, Maintains Stable Income for Workers

Simexco Daklak has achieved revenue exceeding VND 30,000 billion, exported to over 60 countries, and maintained stable income and benefits for its employees

On June 22, the 2-9 Dak Lak Import-Export One Member Limited Liability Company (Simexco Daklak) announced that it had successfully held its 8th Party Congress for the 2025–2030 term.

Simexco Daklak is a state-owned enterprise under the management of the Đắk Lắk Provincial Party Committee. The company primarily operates in the import and export of coffee, pepper, and other agricultural products. It has also expanded into other business areas such as restaurants, hotels, eco-tourism, and travel services.

The company’s Party Committee comprises 107 members, organized into 7 affiliated Party cells. Under the leadership of the Party Committee, the company has operated efficiently, maintaining a stable livelihood for its employees.

In the recent term, the company recorded revenue of VND 30,769 billion, surpassing the target of VND 20,000 billion by 153.8%.

Export turnover reached USD 1.084 billion, a 144.5% increase, with VND 121 billion contributed to the state budget. The average monthly income per employee reached VND 15.58 million, exceeding the original target by 155.8%.

Currently, the company’s products are exported to over 60 countries and territories worldwide.

In 2024, Simexco Daklak was the only enterprise in Đắk Lắk province to be honored with both the “Vietnam National Brand” and the “National Quality Gold Award”, presented by the Prime Minister.

Mr. Lê Đức Huy – Party Committee Secretary and Chairman of the Members’ Council of Simexco Daklak – stated that, building on the achievements of the past term, the company’s Party Committee has set a development direction for 2025–2030 that focuses on the sustainable growth of traditional sectors and expansion into deep processing.

The unit’s guiding principle is: “Solidarity – Innovation – Sustainable Development alongside Đắk Lắk’s agricultural economy.”

According to Mr. Huy, in the upcoming term, the company aims to achieve:

• Total revenue of VND 33,000 billion (a 107.3% increase compared to the 2020–2025 term)

• Export turnover of USD 1.2 billion (up 110.7%)

• Profit of VND 475 billion (up 106.3%)

Each year, 95% of officials, Party members, and employees are expected to successfully fulfill their production and business duties.
